Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman Want Deadpool and Wolverine to Team Up With Spider-Man

Deadpool & Wolverine stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman were recently asked about what other Marvel superhero they would like their characters to team up with one day and it turns out, they both want Spider-Man.

Reynold replied to Marvel Thailand, saying: "Deadpool is...part of his storyline is he wants to matter. He so badly wants to be an Avenger or part of a team and he just can't quite get there.

“Wolverine is everything I wish I was. He's a legend, he matters, he saves people, he's done hero stuff. If I could pick one, I'd love to play with Spider-Man."

Jackman went on to say: "That would be cool. I agree, he's so cool. He's young. We could pile on him and abuse him."

Reynolds jokingly agreed saying: "You can hit him as hard as you want. He gets right back up."

Deadpool & Wolverine director Shawn Levy previously shared his desire to make a Deadpool & Spider-Man movie, saying: "The thing about Deadpool is I think he makes everything more interesting because of his audacity.

“But, boy, I'd sure love to see Deadpool and Spidey. That's a movie I'd love to make. I feel like Tom Holland would run circles around everyone else."

It would be incredibly fun to see Spider-Man, Deadpool, and Wolverine team up for another insane MCU adventure! I have no idea if it will ever happen, but if Marvel Studios and Disney want to make another billion-dollar movie, it’s certainly something they should think about.
