Ryan Reynolds Confirms DEADPOOL 3 Is in Development at Marvel Studios
We all knew that Marvel Studios planned on moving forward with Deadpool 3 as both Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige and Disney CEO Bob Iger have both seemed excited about taking it on, and they’ve talked about how they don’t want to change anything in regards to the hardcore content and R-rating.
One of the things that they’ve been trying to figure out is how to incorporate this R-rated character into the MCU’s PG-13 universe. I’m sure that the creative minds over at Marvel will be able to pull it off and do something fun with Deadpool’s MCU journey.
So what the current status of Deadpool 3? Well, Ryan Reynolds recently appeared on Live With Kelly and Ryan to confirm that he and the "whole team" at Marvel are currently working on Deadpool 3.
"Yeah we're working on it right now with the whole team. We're over at Marvel [Studios] now, which is like the big leagues all of a sudden. It's kinda crazy. So yeah, we're working on it."
That’s sure to get Deadpool fans excited! While I loved the first two Deadpool movies, with Kevin Feige’s involvement, I can’t help but think that the future Deadpool films are just going to get better. I’m excited to see how this team of creative minds end up evolving the character as they bring him into the MCU!
