Set Video From VENOM 2 Shows Woody Harrelson as Cletus Kasady Doing Some Funky Moves
A couple days ago we got our first look at Woody Harrelson in the role of serial killer Cletus Kasady a.k.a. Carnage in Venom 2. He was sporting a very different look than when we last saw him at the end of the first Venom movie.
Today we have a video from the set of Venom 2 to share with you and it features Harrelson doing some interesting and funky moves with his arms. In the scene being shot, Kasady is facing off with police who start firing their guns at him. Kasady doesn’t seem too concerned, though.
I imagine the arm movements that he is making have something to do with his transformation into Carnage, something that will look a lot better after the visual effects are added to the movie. Check out the video:
We don’t have any details regarding the story of Venom 2, but when previously talking about the film, director Andy Serkis said: “I’ve got some very clear ideas about the journey I’d like to see visually and how we can take the characters into another dimension.”
Kelly Marcell wrote the script, and the movie also stars Michelle Williams, Woody Harrelson, Stephen Graham, and Naomie Harris as Shriek. There are also rumors that Tom Holland could show up as well, which is something that seems very possible now. After all, Morbius has set up a connection to that version of Spider-Man and the MCU.
It’ll be interested to see what the character design for Carnage is going to look like in the movie.
