SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY Rumor Claims Peter Parker Might Be Throwing Down With Ninjas

The MCU rumor mill continues to burn and this time the spotlight is on the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton.

Fans are anxious for real details, but with Marvel guarding secrets, the conversation has been fueled almost entirely by speculation. The newest claim making the rounds is a pretty wild one. Word is spreading that Tom Holland’s friendly neighborhood hero might be taking on an army of ninjas.

A report from scooper Daniel Richtman recently surfaced claiming that Holland’s Spider-Man will cross paths with a full-on ninja army in Brand New Day. The question everyone is asking is who exactly these ninjas are working for.

The two main theories are that they could be The Hand, the deadly criminal clan that played a major role in the Netflix Marvel shows, and the Inner Demons, a group already rumored to appear.

This ninja rumor arrives alongside a pile of others surrounding Brand New Day. Other reports include a conflict between Jon Bernthal’s Punisher and Tombstone, and of course the endless questions about who Sadie Sink might be playing.

Her upcoming role in Avengers: Secret Wars only adds fuel to theories that her character could also connect to Peter’s story and possibly tie into the idea that Parker is a major figure in the sixth Avengers movie.

Regardless, of the story and all of these rumors, fans are eager to see what Peter’s life looks like now that he’s completely alone, and whether a full-on reunion with the people he loves is even possible.

Brand New Day is also looking to bring in other heavy hitters from the MCU which also includes Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk, which will make for some dynamic interactions with Peter Parker.

With so many theories floating around, it’s tough to separate fact from wishful thinking, but that’s part of the fun leading up to a new Spider-Man movie. If ninjas are truly in the mix, it’ll be fun to see Spider-Man locked in battle with them!
