There's Reportedly a Third Live-Action STAR WARS Series in Production

As of right now, Lucasfilm has officially announced that there are two Star Wars series in development, The Mandalorian and the Cassian Andor series and they will both stream on Disney+.

There have been reports of several other possible TV projects that Lucasfilm is considering, and according to a new report from Fantha Tracks, there’s now a third one that is in production! The outlet reports:

Tonight we can reveal that the third as yet unannounced Star Wars TV series will be shot in the UK under the production name of SERIES III PRODUCTIONS (UK) LIMITED which was registered on the public UK companies register on the 12th October 2018.  We anticipate that the focal point of the series will be revealed at Star Wars Celebration in April.

That certainly makes the lead up to Star Wars Celebration this year a lot more interesting! It’s just one more thing that we can expect to be announced at the event. Nothing has been officially announced yet, and the outlet says that Disney often registers businesses in blocks for convenience, “and the creation of these businesses does not mean they started production at those dates, merely that they intend to enter production soon.”

But, it’s safe to say that there will be a third Star Wars series eventually announced. What could that show be, though?

The most recent rumors suggest that it could focus on one of the following: Obi-Wan Kenobi, Young Princess Leia, Captain Phasma, The Knights of Ren, Rose Tico, and Darth Bane.

All of these would make for interesting and fun shows out of all of these options, though, I’m more interested in Obi-Wan, The Knights of Ren, and Darth Bane. Which of these possible shows mentioned would you be most excited about seeing brought to life as a series?
