Clip From Marvel's ECHO Features a Badass Fight Scene Between Daredevil and Maya Lopez
Marvel has released a new clip from its upcoming series Echo. The clip features a wicked cool fight scene between Daredevil (Charlie Cox) and Echo (Alaqua Cox). Watching this scene got me even more excited about this show!
In the clip, we see Daredevil wearing his more traditional red suit instead of the mustard-colored suit we saw him sporting in She-Hulk. But what makes this clip so awesome is the badass hand-to-hand combat! This is an awesomely choreographed scene!
The series centers on Maya Lopez as she “struggles to reconnect with her Native American roots while balancing aspirations tied to a life of crime as successor to the brutal legacy of Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin. In the first episode, we are introduced to Maya Lopez and her struggles."
The first reactions to Echo have been positive, and it was described as being dark, brutal, violent, and gritty. It looks like the creative team is going to deliver a great show!
Echo is developed by Etan Cohen and Emily Cohen, who are writers and executive producers on the show. The series also stars Charlie Cox, Zahn McClarnon, Chaske Spencer, Tantoo Cardinal, Cody Lightning, Devery Jacobs, and Graham Greene.
All five episodes will drop on Disney+ and Hulu on January 10th, 2024.
