Kevin Feige Recently Screened a Trailer for LOKI Season 2 and Jonathan Majors Wasn't Included or Mentioned

During Disney’s recent upfronts presentation, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige showed up to show off a trailer for Loki Season 2. According to those in attendance, the trailer did not include Jonathan Majors’ Kang, and the actor wasn’t mentioned at all during the presentation.

The post-credits scene of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania teased Kang’s return in Loki Season 2 with a variant of the character named Victor Timely. Majors is confirmed to appear in the series and will play a big role in the upcoming season, but with the actor currently involved in a criminal trial after an alleged domestic assault earlier this year, Marvel and Disney are playing it safe by not including him in any of the marketing.

Feige didn’t even mention Majors' name as one of the actors included on the call sheet. A few weeks ago it was reported: “There’s been zero conversations in the Marvel camp to drop Majors from the MCU.” But since then maybe they have. Who knows what’s going on behind the scenes in regard to this.

What we do know is that things have been falling apart for Majors, as his talent manager Entertainment 360 has dropped him “due to issues surrounding the actor’s personal behavior.” Majors was also dropped from the PR firm The Lede Company last month.

Marvel has been talking up Majors ever since he was cast, and Feige previously talked about how Mjors’ Kang was the highest-rated Marvel villain from test audiences. It’s so crazy to see how things have changed and how it’s gone from all the praise in the world to this.

Majors has been charged with assault in the third degree, three counts of attempted assault in the third degree, one count of aggravated harassment in the second degree, and one count of harassment in the second degree.

Majors’ attorney previously said in a statement: “Jonathan Majors is completely innocent and is probably the victim of an altercation with a woman he knows. We are quickly gathering and presenting evidence to the District Attorney with the expectation that all charges will be dropped imminently.”

The attorney also released a set of text messages to the press, in which the woman took the blame for the fight. The text messages read: “Please let me know you’re okay when you get this. They assured me that you won’t be charged. They said they had to arrest you as protocol when they saw the injuries on me and they knew we had a fight. I’m so angry that they did. And I’m sorry you’re in this position. Will make sure nothing happens about this. I told them it was my fault for trying to grab your phone. I only just got out of hospital. Just call me when you’re out. I love you.”

The actor made his first court appearance earlier this month and is expected back in court on June 13th.
