Keanu Reeves is Back to Kick More Ass in JOHN WICK 2 Set Photos
In what has become a truly rare phenomenon in the age of the internet, I haven't come across anyone who has badmouthed John Wick. Keanu Reeves' badass assassin movie is nearly universally beloved by those who have seen it, and excitement for the upcoming John Wick 2 has been building ever since it was announced. Chad Stehelski is taking the reins and directing the sequel by himself this time, but if these new set photos are any indication, it looks like we're in for more of the same level of ass-kicking from Wick, a legend in the film's world of shady assassins.
It's good to see that Wick isn't taking any prisoners. We're still not sure what event is the catalyst for launching him back into action after the ending of the first film, but we do know that Common, Ruby Rose, Peter Stormare, Ian MacShane, John Leguizamo, and Lance Reddick will be seen alongside Reeves this time around. The movie is shooting in New York right now before moving to Rome next year, and I'm excited to see what that international setting means for the world-building of this story.
