Disney Removes Marvel's BLADE From Release Schedule; Replaces It With New PREDATOR: BADLANDS Movie

Disney has reshuffled its movie release calendar, and in the process, they’ve removed Marvel’s Blade from their 2025 slate and then dated three untitled Marvel Studios movies for 2028.

The Mahersala Ali-fronted Blade movie was set to be released on November 7th, 2025, and it has been replaced with the new Predator: Badlands movie, which is being helmed by Prey director Dan Trachtenberg.

The other three Marvel movies are dated for February 18th, 2028, May 5th, 2028, and November 10th, 2028. Blade could easily move onto one of the 2026 dates, which include February 13th, 2026, or November 6th, 2026.
The current Marvel Phase 5 lineup includes Captain America: Brave New World for February 14th, 2025 and Thunderbolts* for May 2nd, 2025.

Phase 6 installments include The Fantastic Four: First Steps for July 25th, 2025, the Russo Brothers-directed Avengers: Doomsday for May 1st, 2026, and Avengers: Secret Wars for May 7th, 2027, which will see Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom.

As for the announced Marvel movies without release dates, there are Armor Wars, Shang-Chi 2, and the X-Men reboot.
